Why Fingerprint Clocking In? What is wrong with Time Cards?
I will start this off by saying, why not Fingerprint Clocking In? Also to play my own devil’s advocate, what is so good about time cards? The machine or system they use takes up space, requires equipment, maintenance, and supplies. Even with a “state of the art” Time Clock mounted on your wall, it is as reliable as the people you hire. If your employee is running late, what is stopping him or her from calling a buddy and having them clock in on their behalf? Absolutely nothing! Or how about an even more “updated” Time and Attendance program. These types of programs issue out a “unique” ID and Password to your employees. Once again, nothing prohibits employees from giving out their information. They have no inhibitions from passing around their information, which of course, is not good.
The fact is, this practice costs the company money. If you travel, can you view reports from anywhere in the world 24/7? How about if your employee does not show up to work, do you receive e-mail and/or text alerts? If not, then I think I just covered why it is you need to upgrade. The most important reason of course is cost. Not only does our cloud based Time Clock Software cost less than the time cards, but typically pays for itself in the first month!
What are the advantages of Fingerprint Clocking In?

29 Mar 2012G’Day! James,
I just stumbled across this and, Many of us still remember those punch clocks that our parents used to punch in and out of work, these machines were planned to keep an eye on the time employees spent and hopefully worked at the work place.
Wishes
